My Gear? Nikon D90 + AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G IF-ED Less the Tripod!!! How to do it? 1.) Remove your glass filter to increase sharpness and contrast. 2.) Set to Manual focus 3.) Set VR to ON 4.) Set VR to Normal 5.) Set ISO to 200 6.) Set Image Quality to RAW (NEF) 7.) Set WB to Kelvin Temp 8.) Set Kelvin Temp to 4000K 9.) Set Exposure Mode to MANUAL 10.) Set Shutter Speed to 1/250s (any slower can cause blur) 11.) Set Aperture to f/8 12.) Set AF-Drive to AF-C (Continuous) 13.) Set Metering Mode to Spot Metering 14.) Set AF Area to Dynamic Area AF 15.) In Shooting Menu set the following settings: a.) Set Active D-Lighting to OFF b.) Set Long EXP NR to OFF c.) Set High ISO NR to OFF 16.) Leave your tripod and GO OUT and SHOOT!!!! 17.) Now there's a lot to cover for PP of the image. I'll leave this things for you to suit your taste. Basically I used Lightroom and Photoshop to tweak my image up. Hope this helps! Cheers!!!
